Learn more about Thai massage
Our blog is written to help you get the most from your treatments and to understand how different massage styles work. Whether you are brand new to Thai massage or a regular client looking to deepen your knowledge, you will find clear, practical advice drawn from our therapist's years of hands-on experience in Cardiff. We cover everything from managing back pain and choosing between treatment types to how often you should book for the best results.
Practical, honest advice
We believe good therapy starts with good information. Rather than making exaggerated claims, our articles focus on what massage can realistically do for common problems such as tension, stiffness, poor posture, stress and sports recovery. We explain what to expect from each treatment, how to prepare, and how to look after yourself afterwards so the benefits last longer.
