BaiBua Thai Therapy was founded to bring authentic traditional Thai massage to Cardiff. Our therapist trained in Thailand and has more than 10 years of hands-on experience delivering genuine Nuad Thai technique.

Our Story

Thai massage is a centuries-old healing art combining acupressure, yoga-like stretching and deep-tissue work. Unlike many Western spas, BaiBua practises the traditional method — working along the body's energy lines (Sen lines) to restore balance and relieve tension.
